The Art of Self Defense

Mayid Martial Art’s “Shinpo Ryu” combines Taekwondo Moo Dek Kwan, Jujitsu, Judo, and Muay Thai. Increase your flexibility, confidence and stamina while learning self-defense from the ground up. This program incorporates stand up strikes, with takedowns and knowledge of ground defense. You will work through a belt ranking system to help keep you motivated on your martial arts journey. (60 Minute classes 2-4 times per week. Ages 15 and up)
