Master authentic collegiate takedowns, mat returns, positional control, and submission defense. Led by Kru Liam Tully and Coach Joey Coronado, our grappling program builds fearless ground confidence in a safe, disciplined, and ego-free academy.
From neutral feet-to-feet takedowns to technical ground submissions, develop fluid grappling that complements both striking and self-defense.
Develop relentless takedown offense and defense: double legs, high crotches, ankle picks, arm drags, and explosive mat returns learned through proper biomechanics.
Learn unbreakable hips, heavy sprawls, underhooks, head-in-the-hole escapes, and front headlock control that protect striking martial artists from being taken down.
Position before submission. Learn guard retention, pressure passing, sweeps, side control dominance, back mounts, and high-percentage choke and joint lock finishes.
Grappling builds unmatched isometric body power, neck and core stabilization, grip strength, and anaerobic endurance that standard gym workouts cannot replicate.
Four weekly opportunities to sharpen your takedowns, ground game, and live sparring on Mat 2.
